Meet Christina

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, entrepreneurial possibility was ingrained in Christina from a young age. Her immigrant father taught her the value of unwavering perseverance and the pursuit of a nonlinear path — both of which have become an enduring red thread throughout her story. Her personal struggles with mental health and a late-diagnosed learning disability have given her a unique perspective on the importance of well-being and authentic connection to self in leadership.
With a rich background in Human Resources Management and completion of the ICF-accredited UBC Certificate in Organizational Coaching, Christina combines practical experience with deep insights into workplace dynamics. In 2016, she founded Werklab, a leading holistic coworking operator that supports entrepreneurs and independent workers, fostering a community centred on wellness and development. This success led her to win the Federal Canadian Government Women’s Entrepreneurship Award and launch The Werk, an online platform that challenges traditional views on work and consciousness.
Christina's innovative approach extends to Aster, an AI-powered culture diagnostics platform that detects culture issues in real-time. Her MBA from the TRIUM Executive MBA program at the London School of Economics, NYU Stern, and HEC Paris, along with recognition from leading publications like Harper's Bazaar and The Guardian, underscores her commitment to creating a new and needed approach to work and leadership.
Christina's coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that true leadership arises from environments that nurture mental, physical, and emotional well-being. She challenges traditional capitalist systems, advocating for workplaces and the people who lead them to drive economic success and contribute to human sustainability. Through her work, Christina inspires leaders to create thriving, well-being-centered cultures that redefine success in today’s world.
